He is adept with negotiation and outlines specific evidence to support our requests–he negotiated our condo purchase down $24k and was so patient and respectfully informative while explaining to the seller why their asking price was unreasonable. We secured a buyer with an excellent deal to buy our condo within 2 weeks. He also collaborated efficiently with our attorneys and others involved in the purchase/selling process. He was extremely helpful when we asked for recommendations to trusted companies for inspection, cleaning services, and electricians. We’ve been really happy with the service from the referrals he provided. Timo led the way for us with his expertise, compassion, attentiveness, and dedication. He is always so professional to everyone involved. We really appreciate how generous and dedicated he was with his time, to commute across the city to each respective condo, even going out of his way to drop off a package we had accidentally left behind.
